Brian Orwa is a distinguished professional with a strong emphasis on knowledge, records, and information management. He currently serves as the Admissions and Examination Coordinator at the Training Programmes Department, KEMRI Graduate School (KGS). As a member of the KEMRI Short Courses Committee, Brian also supports the preparation and administration of short courses in collaboration with the various KEMRI partners. He is involved in creating annual course training schedules and overseeing all aspects of short-course coordination at KGS.

With expertise in designing and implementing innovative solutions for both electronic and paper-based information, Brian works towards ensuring that information is readily available and is processed for the purpose of decision-making. Brian holds a Master of Science in Knowledge Management and Innovation and a Bachelor of Science in Information Sciences. His technical skill set is extensive, featuring proficiency in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) technology, electronic records systems, Microsoft SharePoint administration, grants writing, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
