Format: This online course has video lectures, readings, discussion forums, quizzes, and three assignments. KEMRI Graduate School will be offering this course, allowing participants to engage in in-depth discussions about course concepts and apply them to their local context and customs. This format fosters a collaborative atmosphere that encourages the exchange of diverse perspectives, enhancing the overall learning experience. The course is taught in English. Participants should be comfortable with written and spoken English.
Eligibility: The course is most useful for healthcare professionals and public health specialists with some experience in management who wish to enhance their skills in working with people and other organizational resources. However, the concepts in this course can be applied to other settings, as well. Most case studies, readings, and assignments assume an existing knowledge of the health care system, labor law, and funding landscape in your country
KEMRI Graduate School will be hosting a site for this online course from 29th September 2025 to 7th December 2025. Discussion sessions are held virtually every two weeks on Thursday from 4pm to 5pm.
