Course Brief

KEMRI Graduate School invites applications for this course, which aims to enhance practical skills in Linux-based analysis of bacterial whole-genome sequencing data. Participants will learn to analyze Vibrio cholerae genomic data, focusing on outbreak investigations, AMR surveillance, and the assessment of cholera vaccine effectiveness.
