REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH RESEARCHERS TRACK
What is Reproductive Health Researchers Track

The Reproductive Health Researchers Track in the LEA-WH program is designed for research scientists, lecturers, or faculty members at accredited universities or research institutions who focus on women’s health. This track focuses on upskilling high-caliber African researchers to enhance their visibility, leadership, and ability to lead independently in scientific research, ultimately improving women’s health outcomes through evidence generation and influence on health policy and practice.

Track-Specific Eligibility
  • Applicants should be research scientists, lecturers, or faculty at accredited universities or research institutions.
  • Must have at least one first-authored publication in women’s health and two additional first or senior-authored papers.
  • Should demonstrate emerging leadership potential, including experience supervising students or managing projects.
