The faculty and mentors aim to strengthen fellows’ leadership and research skills, enhance innovation capacity, and promote excellence in advancing women’s health. Mentors will play a vital role in guiding fellows to refine their research and innovative ideas, navigate technical challenges, and translate scientific findings into meaningful outcomes and products that improve women’s health and well-being.
Proven expertise and leadership in health research and innovation for women’s health
At least 5 years of professional experience in a high-impact environment
Demonstrated success in mentorship, coaching, or supervision
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to ethical leadership, inclusivity, and lifelong learning
Availability to mentor 1-3 mentees throughout the program period (1h/month per mentee)

Faculty will receive a honorarium. Mentors are unpaid, and will receive mentors’ training by NAM.
Faculty in the Research, Development and Innovation area will dedicate 4h per week to synchronous learning. Faculty for the Technical areas and the Leadership will dedicate 2 hours each on alternate weeks. Mentors will dedicate 1 hour per mentee per month for the duration of the fellowship. Asynchronous learning will have prerecorded learning materials.
Yes, all classes will only be offered in English.
