Biography

Mr. Peter Wilson who serves on the LEA-WH Advisory Board, is the Co-Founder of the African Leadership Institute and the Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellowship, which supports very high-potential African leaders. He has led his own strategy consulting business, advising executive leadership teams at organizations including GSK, Chiron, Biovac, and others. Peter has initiated and developed global health and life sciences institutions such as the Novartis Institute for Global Health, Toscana Life Sciences, and S*Bio (Singapore). He has also served as lead consultant on UNDP-sponsored long-term development programmes across seven African governments. Earlier in his career, he worked with Shell, concluding as a strategy advisor at the company’s international headquarters.
