Dr Margaret ILOMUANYA is an Associate Professor of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria. Her laboratory focuses on novel drug delivery techniques for the development of HIV microbicides, contraceptive technologies, cosmeceuticals, and wound healing applications. She has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and pioneered the first GMP Laboratory in a domiciled within a university in West Africa.  Margaret Ilomuanya is currently pioneering innovative dosage forms for drug delivery in women’s health and is actively involved in public health engagement through research and community outreach programs.
