The minimum entry requirements of all PhDs in Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) shall apply.
Course Duration
The programme shall be pursued for three (3) academic years, a period of at least thirtysix (36) months) from the date of registration and shall not exceed sixty (60) months for full time students.
The academic year shall be divided into three terms of 14 weeks each.
The programme shall consist of coursework, research, and thesis.

Attach Documents
Along with the application form, applicants must attach: * A recent passport photo * Copies of all academic certificates and transcripts * Any preceding certificates

Admissions Fees
Once all forms are completed and all necessary documents attached, applicants will proceed to any JKUAT office for payment of admissions fees (KES 1500).

Payment Receipt
Upon payment, applicants will receive an original receipt from JKUAT, which must be attached to one of the duly filled application forms. The other two copies should have copies of the receipt attached.

Submit Documents
The completed forms, along with attachments, should be submitted to the Kemri Graduate School (KGS) admissions office.
