Overview

KEMRI, in collaboration with UK NIHR CLEAN Air (Africa) Global Health Research Unit, is sponsoring two candidates per country (Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Cameroon, and Tanzania). This sponsorship will cover the full tuition fee of KES 105,000 per participant ONLY. We kindly request your support in identifying and recommending eligible candidates who align with the course's target audience, which includes journalists, public relations officers, health reporters, health officers, health managers, and scientists.

Eligibility: Professional Background: Nominated Candidates should be journalists, health reporters, public relations officers, health managers, or scientists engaged in health communication. Commitment: Nominated Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to completing the entire course, which includes both coursework and fieldwork components. Relevance: Nominated Candidates should have a clear relevance to health communication and an interest in improving public understanding of health issues. Country Representation: The Nominated candidates should be from Kenya (2), Rwanda (2), Uganda (2), Cameroon (2), and Tanzania (2).
